oil coolent hoses help

ok im in the middle of changing the oil coolint hoses and they keep blowing off the the truck starts i need help ASAP why is this happening

also its a 94 chevy 2500 5.7

sorry they are the motor oil coolent lines they are conected to the ratieator and just above the oil filter one is blowing off above the oil filter
