Based upon what I've seen I think that is about 400 to 500 to high. It all depends on how bad you need. But when I price trailers the overall condition and age play big factors.

Another thing to keep in mind that a lot of people don't is what part of the country it's in. Trailer prices vary A LOT by region. In New England that's a decent price, don't know about your area.

That is similar to my trailer and I payed around $2400 for mine brand new. I would think 1300-1400 is reasonable if it is in good shape.

That's a decent price, steel prices are going through the roof! See if you can get them to shoot some paint on it for that price, lol

The paint is no big deal. I used to do it for a living on cars.

You need to pull it and see how the breaks work.

it just did pass state inspection so all the brakes and lights should be fine.

I was searching the forum and also had a question about the value of a trailer. Any opinions would be helpful. My LCO just recently finished a large seasonal maintenance contract and I am looking to upgrade on an enclosed trailer for next year. What would be a good price for my current trailer? It is a 1994 open flatbed 7' x 18' tandem axle 10,000 lb. GWVR. Originally I used it to haul my tractor but this year I purchased two 72" Kubota Diesels and it came in pretty handy for the excessive weight of the machines. I don't have any pics to post rite this moment but the paint and tires are in good condition. Thanks for any input.

I have a trailer identical to that, except it is 2 feet shorter and I paid $1400 brand new
