Does anyone have any input about useing vegetable oil as diesel fuel. I have an Uncle that converts it for use in his diesel mercedes but I don't know of any negetive things about this proccess.

Do a google search for veggie burners there is alot of info out there, I am looking into one from golden fuel systems for my duramax also there is videos on utube on it about the duramax from here in florida that drove the baja 1000 on veggie oil

Been burning Bio for several years now. Trucks, tractors, mowers... how can you beat $.50 - $.75/gal.? No problems. Mix with K-1 clear in the winter though, to prevent gelling/freezing.

I was watching them convert veg oil on dirty jobs last night, I don't know the disadvantages but it seems like a pretty good idea.
