This is a place I worked at & then became a consultant to after I went legit.
It has three clocks (2 Weather Matic SL ((old type)) & a Hardie "Touch Command". Looped 4" main, 120 zones. quick couple lines up the pattotie.
Remote harness at each clock, we use the Rain Master remote. We'll blow
this bad boy on Monday, the 29th. Two trucks, 3 men, golf carts..125 comp.
Hank & I blew it it 5 hours last year, a new record. Since it's .org & I have
special connections to it as Hank is getting into also (bragging rights), we
don't nick them our usual (around $700 for them) PLUS, such a joy to walk
thru! We put the blow out off too long years ago & it was freezing, water
crystallized, sun came out behind the mist...whoa! Frozen rainbow city.www.bloedelreserve.org

What is winterizing? haha...it's that time of year for the rain to slow down and the service to p/u! Installs stay about the same though. I'd invite some of you down for some "snowbird" work, but you wouldn't like what we install sometimes. lol I suppose I could put you on the Hunter only or Rainbird only installs. Then again, who installs all of one brand anymore?

Don't mind me...just funnin.

Judging from the brevity of his posts, I'd say he lives in the state of
Oblivious,in a little town called "Zip City".

Honestly, I've only been to Phoenix. I saw a couple patches of weeds from the airport to downtown...everything else was red and gray. I do realize there's more to AZ then Phoenix. It was actually a joke more than anything else.

I navigated the site map Mike. Plus looks unbelievable. Sort of like our Arboretum. I think yours is bigger and more diverse.

They have a very dedicated and knowledgeable crew, when I worked there I
met people from all over the world. It's big enough that seeing it a day is
a chore. No food or latte stands & they are kinna cranky about cell phones!

Hank & I got thru about half the blow this morn...no pics..raining..lost psi
to everything...checked compressor..fine, puttin' out 80 which meant we had
a mainline break somewhere..compressor is maxed @125 for this site. Had
been told the 1" q.c. was on a galvi swing joint (on the as-built), figured that
would absorb the heat...not galvi, not brass..we melted the sch 40 street ell
& gosh knows what else! Will return after they give us a brass swing joint &
tee to absorb the heat, hopefully weather will be better & we'll get some pics.
