Just so that mega thread on the 297C doesn't go way out of scope...
It's a large image and lighting is poor (no flash was used).

I like the looks of the new design for my use since i'm in the dirt and mud.It might not be the best for rocks or rocky soils.
It looks like they would be diggers.:dancing:
Like i post on the other post.Wondering why they are just offering them on th mid size machine.I'm thinking is it a test for how they will hold up and what the market will be for them.
Probably more mid size machine out there would be my guess.
They are promoting them for ice and snow more sounds like.Dirt would be my main concern.
I hope others will take note.:usflag:

I was told they were for mud, slop, sand and snow and that ASV has tested them. The salesman said that ASV used to run a very similar track on their older machines.
I would agree that rocky material wouldn't be the best place for them either. I do a bit of snow removal during the winter up here in Wisconsin and although my RC50 does extremely well I think that these would be even better. I'll check on pricing this weekend when I call my salesman about the upcoming deer season.
