what is the best way to re-move pinestraw? I am looking at a yard that has at leeast 6 pine trees(20ft).done some leaf removal just no pinestraw removal.

If the straw is thick, the best way (for me anyway) is to use a strong backpack blower and blow it into piles and then maybe rake it onto a tarp. A blower will leave a little straw behind as it gets caught in the grass. I then service the lawn like normal and use the mower with the bagger to pick up the remaining straw and debris.

Coarse tined pitchfork. Use this to rake it in rows, slide the tarp along - and scoop it up. Use a rake as you go along too, if you want to get it real clean. Basically, this fork is a high horsepower rake.

get yourself a Stihl br 600 blower they do wonders, i'm telling you, you won't regret it.

Those lawn sweeps that Lowes carry work suprisingly well but they fill up quickly.

You can use a big back pack blower or a walker mower on dry straw
