Let the CPA do them. You just do your accounts and pay the taxes. Time is money.

Get one that's not afraid to write-off "everything"....if you know what I mean. They're the ones responsible for any mistakes in their reporting.

Honestly just pay for everything on the credit card and have bank statements, thats really all you need, at the end of the year print out the credit card statements and your bank statements and thats it ..... its really not that hard with a good tax program, gathering all the info is harder than doing actual tax return

Yeah I use a Capital One business credit card for all expenses, then I get an end of year summary which is a categorized and itemized summary of all my expenses, meanwhile my bank statements gives me my deposits and that is the gross income. There are but one or two things (like fuel) that I don't deduct since I use the truck's mileage... That part is easy to track as well, I just use the mileage that's printed on my annual state inspection slip, this year I went on fleet fuel so it will be the first year I can deduct mower fuel separately but that's really minor anyhow.
Then I use TurboTax, print it and let my Cpa look it over and make any corrections if needed, then mail it off and be done with it.
