New seedling problem

Anyone on the east coast use seed from Herod seed Co? I bought their best TTT fescue blend this year for the first time and the results aren't acceptable. The seed germinated quickly but stalls at about an inch and a half tall then lays over and doesn't mature. Has anyone ever had this problem?

Pull the seed tag an go have the maunfacturer run a germination test on it! If there a good company they will be honest with ya if something is wrong! see ya George
