Simplicity vs. Ferris

Can you give an opinon on witch is the better mower a 61" Simplicity or a 61" Ferris. The Ferris has a 2 year commercial warrenty where the Simplicity has just a 1 year. The deck looks a little lighter on the Simplicity than the ferris but without both of them side by side it is hard to tell. The Simplicity has the same suspension as the Ferris. I have test drove a Ferris (and cut) an really like it. The Simplicity dealer said they are the same machine down to last nut and bolt and made in the same plant as the Ferris. any feed back will be welcome

It's the same mower, just different paint. Both made by the same company.
