I need to pawn off:
1 account in Boca ( SW 18th and Turnpike area) 4000 sq ft minus the house.
1 in the acreage ( off seminole-pratt , north of orange ave) 1.15 acres.
These are twice a month cuts. Just cut, trimming and blowing.
If interested PM for info or the address if you want to look first. Shoot me a price. These are bank foreclosures that my wife is looking over. I will cut you a check, you will not have to wait on the bank. These are just out of my area, I handle mostly Lake Worth-Wellington areas.
