Did I get a good deal on a redmax EB7001 bp-blower?

Today I went to look at a blower for sale on craigslist. He was asking $300 and the blower was made in May 2004. It was only in fair cosmetic condition(tube somewhat worn and air cleaner screw stripped) , but probably good mechanical condition. It seemed to be used a lot for one season, then sold to a kid that started a lawn business and he only used it for leaves for the next two seasons. I paid $220 for the blower is that above, below, or at market value? A new one goes for $475ish so to me more than half for 1year of heavy use and 2 years light use seemed fair.

Mmm it is a bit much IMO. Decent though. I would say $150 would be my top.
