Wishful thinking, but its not in the plans that I am aware of.

At one time there was a patent issue, yes.
The foot switches were removed so they would disable the stand up use / feature of the ShortCut.

Its more complicated than that, we could, but it wouldn't be a stand on unit, only sit down.

If you are saying the seat and foot rests will be the same, thats what i'm looking for.

The shortcut was ahead of its time.....

I get asked about this unit quite often. I think they would be much better perceived in the market today, than they were back then.

I especially liked the uppercut deck for rear discharging and bagging. This was a great cemetary mower.

Oh, well. It's all in the past, now.
