View Full Version : Some of the Equipment

Here is some of my equipment. I'm 19 years old and started from scratch with a push mower, electric weedeater, and broom.

That's a nice setup. I really like the logo...it looks professional, but it's calm. Are both those trucks and trailers yours?

12-12-2007, 03:39 AM
Both trailers are mine, we just bought the enclosed this past season. We used to use the open trailer for mowing and landscaping, but now it is strictly our landscape trailer since we have the enclosed. The Silverado is mine and the F-150 is my 18 year old brothers.

Good deal, I like your setup.

Yes, nice setup ... how many accounts do you have ??

We do roughly 45 residential accounts, we also do mulching, aeration, shrub trimming, tree trimming, dethatching, overseeding, clean-ups, landscaping here and there, etc.

Nice setup; I've never seen one of those Hondas wb's before - where did you get it?
So where in St. Louis do you mostly work?

Looks great! Welcome to Lawnsite!

The honda wb you see in the pics is a 52" 20hp, hydro. Yes, they are pretty rare mowers. But even with almost 1000 hours on this one, it has never let me down, cuts as nice as any other exmark or ferris. We mostly work in the Wentzville, O'Fallon, and Lake St. Louis areas.

How big is the trailer, and how much did you pay for it if you don't mind me asking?

Nice setup and Nice truck. I really like your logo/trailer lettering too!

The trailer is a 2007 Pace American 7x16. I paid $6500 for it brand new. It pulls great behind my 2001 Silverado 1500 Z71. I was afraid of it being too heavy when I first got it, but I was surprised because its really not that heavy with all of the equipment in it.

What engine is in your silverado and what year is your brother's truck? I used to have an older F150 and I loved it. Best of both trucks I've owned.

looks nice keep it up

My Silverado has the 5.3 Vortec, and my brother's truck is a 92 with the 5.8 liter, that f-150 is a workhorse.

12-14-2007, 12:34 AM
That 5.8 is a great engine, I had the 300 I6. It won't die, but it's gutless. I'm always saving up for a new truck.
