I just cracked the hood and have a new one on the way. I was lucky it was just the hood and not my face.

Hey guys, sorry it took so long to reply. I don't get on here that often.
I like the angle blade, I haven't had to backfill a long trench yet, but when I do it should help a little. I would say that the thumb and enclosed cab are the options I like the best - in that order.

It is a little small for the jobs that I do, but is way better than nothing. When I started out I was shoveling dirt (gravel, mulch, base etc) on and off an open trailer by hand. That sucked and took too long. The BX-24 is a great machine and has served me well. For the last two seasons I have used it almost every day and will keep it. It is also easy on lawns.

I like it a lot. I was going to get a Kubota U35 but picked the 121 for the extra power. I am glad that I did. The zero turn is nice on the U35 but the 121 has very little overhang, like a foot or so. The power in the machine is great as well as the thumb.

Did You get both of them from Pine Bush Equipment? I grew up with most of the boys that run the place.
