This is for a single axle enclosed trailer. http://www.miragetrailers.com/InfoATV6Xcel.htm
Torsion axles are an option? Does torsion mean it is bowed up to compensate for load?

Torsion axles are supposed to ride much smoother. My leaf springed enclosed bounces all over the place, and my dad's otherwise identical torsion axle trailer rides as smooth as glass. If I were to do it over, I'd spend the extra bucks on a torsion axle.

I've often wondered why leaf spring axles on trailers don't utilize shocks like a truck? That would stop a lot of the bouncing that happens. Tony

get a torsion especially with a single axle no bouncing around even when empty and no springs to worry about breaking

I agree. Go for the torison axle. It'a very nice option, especially on a smaller or lighter trailer.
