what does the circle mean/do after our names? some are diffrent colors then others what does that mean?

That's correct, There is a place in your user control panel where you can change if you want to be seen on-line or not. Red is for off-line which I prefer cuz it looks better next to my mower.

nope that grayish blue means offline
