I have a little down time right now, and I'd like to pick up a few useful books that can help me learn more of the trade.

Anyone have any suggestions for good books on turf management, plants, ect...

I have always enjoyed catching up on Playboy in the off season... Best turf managment mag on the market! BUT if your looking for something else, go to your local library and check around. I went into ours and they had a whole section dedicated to lawncare, couldnt freaking believe it. It was in the "how to" section and there were literally 500 plus books. Cant recall any specifics off the top of my head but man, there were a ton there. Just a thought, and the librarian was actually pretty helpful in my neck of the woods.
