Paint the Floors for sure, just be careful on the gate, the 2nd day I painted mine I was in a hurry cause it started raining and busted my arse walking down the gate.

i think the do it yourself kit is like 100 bucks. not to bad. i think to have it done in a trailer would probly be about 300...give or take.

i just bought 2 gallons of herculing to do my floor with, i paid 90 a can, but you can find it for less. I called line X and Rhino L and one said 800, the other said 1200

do exactly what you guys have been talking about, herculiner, and a good paint on the walls... I can pressure wash the inside of my trailer once a week , and it looks brand new... and the floor is real grippy. good luck!!

Yeah but the Line-X and Rhino is probably 10 times thicker. Because Herculiner tells you one gallon can do a truck bed. But that is paper thin. Line-X and Rhino put around 5 gallons in a truck bed. So you can't really compare what you did to the price they quoted.

You could also use a polyurethane floor paint on it. First coat you add in the non-skid and the second coat you put on right out of the can.

I wouldn't worry about it. In a few years when the plywood gets bad just replace it. Plywood is not that expensive!

I thought you said your floor was already painted from the factory in another post?
Got any pic's? My Wells Cargo is in today, will pick it up Monday, can't wait to see it.

If you are using the Herculing kit then I would go ahead and do the ramp as well skid resistance is nice on the ramp but it will also protect the exposed ramp while it is down. I would paint the walls with an exterior flat paint so it will stand up to spills and other abuse. On my first trailer I did not paint the floor and it looked like crap two weeks after I got it. I would take the Herculing up the walls 12-18 inches so you can stop the dirt and grass getting in the corners and on the walls
