Sharpen those teeth?

When I sharpen my mulch blades i sometimes put an edge on the teeth. Anybody else do this. Depending on the config of the teeth, some are easier to sharpen than others.

I used to, but it is very hard to do. And after a while they get so worn down that they are useless. I was told they do not cut the grass, but throw it back up into the deck to be recut by the blades.

Every once in a while I will put an edge on my gators teeeth with a grinding disk on my air grinder.
