Our Industry looses Bill Locklin

I am surprised no one on this forum has mentioned it yet. I was going through all my e-mails and opened 12/25/07 Nightscaping newsletter and just found out that Bill Locklin had passed away. Since I am pretty new to the industry I probably can't appreciate all that Bill has done for our low voltage outdoor lighting, but I do know it is a sad loss to our industry.
