Lawn maint & renovation only companies?

Any of you out there? I am talking no mowing or serious landscaping jobs. I am going this route in the spring to avoid the familiar "flooded waters" of all of mainstream LCOs. I prefer the niche approach with less work that is more specialized and potentially more profitable. How has this worked for you all so far, if you have gone this route?

Good look, personally I like to be more diversified in my approach. I think making your niche by being able to offer more is the way to go for me personally but Im sure you have done your research. Keep us updated with your progress.
