Danny i dont mean to be funny or offend, however when you have to ask that type of question, chances are what you are bidding on is out of your scope or range of work.

are these all single family homes? townhome style?
is it a gated community?
are there common areas to be mowed?
is there an association in charge of maint, landsdcaping, fert, etc.?
what is the average size lot?
are there sidewalks?
