how come there is so much suspension variation in the GM truck line? ive seen completely different ride heights between trucks of the same year, similar mileage, no modifications. Our truck is about mid pack considering ride height, then ive walked by others where the tailgate is about my shoulder height and others are closer to my elbow. Ive had guys ask me what ive had done to my truck and told them nothing, they asked then how come it rides soo high? and the same thing for the front end, our truck barely squats an inch when we raise our plow, but ive seen others almost scraping the ground with plow mounts. thats one of the main reasons our next pickup/dump will be either dodge or ford because of the solid front axles. screw torsion bars.
