They are part of a group of Villas we do for a property management company. We bid the entire job as one.We do well with it, we average .12 to .15 cents a sq ft up to 2 stories, above 2 stories we get much more per sq ft.

Yes, right now pressure cleaning is all we do all year around. The surface cleaner is one of the first ones produced about 12 years ago, it is a Maury unit. Most of our cleaning is at night for our commercial properties.
We have a pretty large customer base for comm, and residential, so we are going to bring on a landscaping rig, which i am in the process of putting together. And thats why i have been hanging around and reading all i can from you guy's.
Do a search on you tube under pressure washing, we have a few videos on there also. My company name is Nick's Pressure Cleaning Services Inc. I also go by Bronxboy, and The Cleaner, on different forums. I have plenty of pictures on all different job's so if you need them i have them. Here are a couple of before and after pic's of a large parking garage we do.
Regards
Nick

My rigs are set up with generators and lights, and we do run into noise ordinances now and then but we work around it.

Everything takes time and hard work. Like anything good in life you have to work for it. We have alot of our customers and property managers asking us over the years about landscaping, they are very please with our pressure cleaning and want to give us the work. Also our residential customer base for over 14 years should be easier to get than cold calling.
I also sub out alot of other services that i dont do, sort of like a one stop shoppping, they seem to like that. Just make sure your sub's are insured and do great work because they are a refelection on you..

Exactly cuz if they don't have insurance it could all fall back on you when you decide to do landscaping are you still going to do the power washing?

Hey like anything else, you get use to the weather. I froze my butt off when i lived in N.Y. and now i sweat it off here in FL. but the pro's about being down in FL is you work all year round. Besides how can you beat the scenery and some of our accounts are right on the ocean..
