Repost a thread or PIC?

I tried to repost a thread and use the same pics but it would not let me and it read pic was already uploaded. Does this mean I cant use that pic again? Could someone let me know. Thanks.

Go into your file that the pic is in, and change the name. I think this works.

....or you can write yout thread or post and create a link to it.

..or you can resize the photo a little and it'll work.
