Business mailing list

Does anyone have any ideas on getting a mailing list for businesses? Could you order one from somewhere for the businesses that own their property? If you did that how would you get the businesses that lease their property but are responsible for maintaining them?

im good friends with my insurance guy and he's getting me a list of rental property owners that live out of state. Not sure how hes getting the list but you could try asking your insurance guy = /
