Has anyone used a powertrac to spread mulch?

I've been looking at these things and I'm wondering if they are too heavy for nice yards. It seems like they would be awesome for getting mulch from the trailer to the bed. Any experience out there?

One of my friends has one and uses it in yards, I think his has the dual wheels. I think it would work ok just have to be easy and not make hard turns
