Name Change?

I'd like to change the name of our business we're an LLC in NJ,what are the options?

im going to assume you would have to close that business name through your state and register for the LLC with your new name. just a guess though....

What about DBA,Doing Business As?

Speak with the lawyer that formed your LLC. Hopefully you didnt use one of those online, do it yourself jobs.

Look on your Gov website, there should be something pertaining to that. maybe in the f.a.q.s. section.
