making a mulch plate????????

I have a 48" Great Dane Jr. I don't know if they even make a mulch plate for it ..........anyone know how much trouble it would be to make one ........ I really dont know what one would consist of..............Any Ideas??????

I made a mulch "screen" for my Toro WB out of expanded metal. I had a scrape laying around, so I cut it a bit larger than the deck opening and bent it 90 degrees around the front of the deck. Then I drilled two holes in the deck and welded on a couple of nuts. Now all I do to put it on or take it off is run those two bolts. Hardly any debris comes out or plugs it up. And all those holes allow a lot of air flow so the deck still has good suction.
