Grass Seed Prices

What is everyone seeing for increases on grass seed prices. We have received notice that the blue/creeping fescue/ perr rye mix that we use has gone up over 60% for the coming season. The explantion is that land use is shifting toward corn etc due to the increased production of ethanol. I guess the same thing is happening to beer.

I overseed with tall fescue and Ive seen it go about about $5.00 to $10.00 per 50 Lb bag over the last couple years.

I have not really asked for an explanation. I assumed it was just inflation.
