I know people say no, but the best way is putting flyers in mailboxes. That way they have your flyer in hand, and you target the areas you want. I have picked up alot of high dollar properties this way.

I go door to door in march and hang flyers on the doors if someone is home i try to talk to them direct. and then simply do a good job and let word of mouth bring in more
