I've got a hiniker 8' hopper on the back of my 96 F250, just set it in last week. with that thing partially loaded it is all my trucks 12 year 205k mile springs want to hold. I'm going to build some heavier springs with mine and the rears off a wrecked 3/4 ton, but do the Firestone Ride Rites work well on a truck with that much weight in the bed. i know they help a lot for trucks pulling heavy trailers i've just never been around them on a truck with a constant heavy load on the truck itself. Thanks.

I've heard good things about them and we'll be putting them one one of the trucks this year. Timbrens would do the trick cheap and easy too.

I have firestone bags in my 2500hd, they are awesome, they can hold 5000#'s. If i wasnt planning on selling my ford at the end of this season i would get a set for that truck too. truckspring.com has the best price.
