Ferris Procut 20 - Taking off Deck??

I am looking at a Ferris Procut 20 and want to know how much trouble it is to take off the front deck? The mower is a good distance away and I would just like to carry it on the bed of my truck instead of dragging along a trailer. However, the deck is too wide for that.

Also, anyone have an opinion about this model. It has the 20 horse Briggs instead of the 23 hp Kohler. I am wondering if that engine is undersized.
