At what age can you hire family members? My nephew who is 11 wants to work with me this summer> Ideas, thoughts?

way to young.....unless you dont work that many hours or something....i would say at least 15

It probably depends on your state and / or county / city. Around here you can work certain jobs with limited hours at 14. Check with your local laws regarding labor.

I put my 12 year old daughter on a ZTR....

She loved it, and to be honest she was better than most of the guys.....

Just make sure they DONT get hurt,

your insurance would have a FIT
