Pond Maintenance Program??

Im sure there are several of us on here that offer pond maintenance. I do. And i would like to have a maintenance contract, stating what will be cover on each visit, what i expect from the home owner and something about being able to add plants or fix pumps or equipment as needed and charge for this with out having to get an "okay" before doing the work.

Does any body have a POND maintenance contract they would like to share.
Or some idea on what/not to include?

This guy is an absolute nut (I mean genius) I believe he had some freeware contracts on his site. You have to sign up to gain access but if you haven't been there and are interested in some serious pond people, take a peek
