Remember contracts are legally binding and you can get crushed if you do not have a contract that protects you properly. It is worth the couple hundred bucks to have an attorney draw up a general contract for you to use.

You can find all types of business forms at www.nebs.com. If you use their search, there are two types: computer forms, for certain programs, and manual. We still use the manual for our program to print out.
We use item #118, and add language specific to our business; plenty of space to add your own wording. Or you could go with larger types that they have.
We also had our attorney assist in the our wording.
----------
Jim
North central Indiana
