I am curious about the size of the different companies of guys who visit this site. How many trucks are you running?

Just one. But I am about to need 2.

Right now I have two for mowing and one that is used for hedges and clean ups. My trouble is finding people to send out in the other ones that can get the job done right.

3 plus one shop rat vehicle for admin/parts running or getting beer.
I am in the process of determining the financial efficacy towards purchasing a cab over with a dedicated mower body - although right now I don't think so.

I'm getting started with one truck, my 05 1500, but plan on getting a mid 90s 3500 dump this fall to use exclusively as a work truck and save the wear on my personal truck. Plus I'll be able to plow next winter, which I wouldnt even think about doing with my 1500

We've got 2 (again, finally). It's a total pain to run one truck.

One truck with large trailer and all the mowers and PL blowers. Another with the spray tank and a small trailer for straw, mulch and other hauling.

If you want to count the family mini-van...it has door signs and David runs it to go give bids, go shopping for parts etc, check in with customers.

6 here.
2 3/4 ton pickups for trailers with mowers.
1 sa dump truck
1 1 ton dump
2 stake bodies
(only 3 people working for those 6 trucks, but the variety of trucks, makes the jobs alot easier!)

I'm kinda bummed that this thread was movedfrom commercial mowing to trucks and trailers, since it has more to do with the size of companies than anything specific about trucks. I wonder why?

3 currently,
2000 Dodge 2500 4x4 ctd r/c
2001 Dodge 3500 dump 4x4 ctd r/c
2007 2500hd 4x4 dmax c/c
I would like to add two more this year. Possibly an older under cdl sa dump (cheap) and a another 3/4 ton most likely a cheavy gasser. Some of yall have some fleets
