32 inch Exmark,inner mulching deck,underneath

I have a few exmark mowers, the 32 inch i use only on Bahia grass, were the customer likes lower cut grass.

Over the years from hitting /running over expossed tree roots, the metal circles underneath,that help with the mulching, were hanging off.

By this time they are completly off and gone.

I Dont know what you call these, and are they replacable?If so were can i get them ? thanks
