anyone have terms and conditions for lighting contracts. looking to redesign service agreements and install contracts...thanks.

Check with the major manufactueres like Nightscaping, Unique, CAST. They all have documents available.

Then check your state and local ordinances to ensure that you meet any minimum wording requirments.

I don't think you will find many individual contractors posting their contracts up here. Many have spent money with lawyers having them prepared to spec.
