Decent deal on Mower?

I have an opportunity to purchase a Toro 44" Hydro WB with a 20HP Kohler through a friend. It has the t-bar controls. It does need a new PTO clutch. He is asking $700. I am pretty good mechanically so I am not worried about the labor costs to fix it. Does this seem like a decent deal or should I keep looking? Thanks for your advice.

If you put up model# and serial# we'll tell you the current going price. If... and I say if everything else is good (motor, tranny,deck) a clutch is a no brainer($200) and you got a great deal, but thats depending on year,make,model,hours,etc...

Here is a pic. The model number is 30192, serial is 790268. 1150 hrs. Not sure if this pic will turn out. Thanks for your help guys.
