does anyone know where to find double grind black hard wood mulch in Tennessee or close to that i am paying $26.00 a yard delivered out of Georgia now.....thanks

Try talking with The Mulch Company. I'm not sure where in TN you are, but I get all of my mulch from them. If you get in close enough with the owner at the particular location special orders can sometimes be made.
