Parking lot sweeping?

How many of you offer parking lot sweeping in the spring to get rid of the winters sand. How do you figure pricing, what do you normally use for these projects? I am thinking of renting a skidsteer (bobcat) with the power rotary brush attachment.

We use a sweepster attachment w/gutter broom, and ground blowers. Get everything to the curbs (which by spring majority is there already) pick it up with the machine and load it in our roll off containers. Pricing is based on time and material removed.

You might want to check into sweeping companies.

Around here they are so cheap, i take the job and sub it out to them.

I never realized how cheap it was to have someone show up with a $100,000 truck.
