Oxalic acid. (F-8)
You can buy it from Bob at http://www.pressuretek.com
Pressure wash first if needed then apply F-8 with sprayer and rince with water after 10 min dwell time.

muriatic acid available at home depot in garden shop. be careful as it is acid . wear a mask and gloves as the fumes can choke you . pour it on the rust spot. only a small amount is needed and it eats the rust and etches the concrete. then you can powerwash the patio to look even www.deckdoctorpressurewashing.com

Third for the Oxalic. Be sure to do entire surface as toy will have very clean areas if done sporadically.
