bidding commercial properties

I did a quick thread search and could not find anything. I am new to this site and I am kicking myself that I didn't find it earlier.
I have been servicing residential props for about 8 years now. I have a full time job and run this on the side with a couple of employees. I am interested in bidding some commercial props. How is this done? Can anyone point me in the right direction. Thanks for your input.
