i'm 15 and looking to start mowing. a 21" would probably work on the 1/2 acre lots in my neighborhood but not the 1 acre ones. how much do the 36" belt drives cost?

We dont offer a 36" belt drive anymore, there may be a few out there in dealer inventories though.
The 36" belt drive sells for $1,800.00 if you can find one.
The 36" Hydro TrimStar has a MSRP of $4,999.00

We don't make them anymore, but if you can find one it should be going for around $2,000.00

so just hyrdos? how do the small commercial z's compare to the wbs? if the price isn't too much different a z might be worth it.

Depends on what deck size and such.
Our 48" TrimStar is going to be less expensive than our FasTrak 48 or FasTrak Super Duty 48.
But if your going to go 36 or 42 Super Duty you may be in the right price range compared to hydro walks in general.
