Here's the truck from my other thread. The equipment has been sold, the truck remains for sale. I'm asking $15K for it.

89k miles. 4x4, 6spd manual.

If only you were closer! That's almost perfect for what I want. Didn't really want 4wd, but I'd live with it. Price seems really good, my bro-in-law bought a 99 with 90K for 19,000 a couple years ago, and it wasn't even a dump.

That's a good deal, bump for you.

has the pan been replaced?

Why do people keep asking if the pan has been replaced? The truck has NO rot/rust of that magnitude.

Why do people keep asking if the pan has been replaced? The truck has NO rot/rust of that magnitude. Some of them have been known to rust out rather quickly. Nice truck, btw.

Nice truck -saw it myself - Also a good price + you get the super reliable 7.3

Put a $400 chip in it and you wil 300hp 650tq- keep up with everything and tow it as well.

Mike- you have a pm

Its not a personal thing. Some year 7.3s had a problem with the pan rusting out, and to replace this pan you must pull the motor , so it gets expensive.

The motor doesn't always have to be pulled- But it is the way most places will do it $$$$$$$$$$$$.

Just keep it clean or if some rust does start- sand it down and paint it - My(3) trucks have been great and we see alot more snow/ice than CT.

Fluid film also works very good- I would much rather have a 7.3 then the 6.0
hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
