Hey everybody im planning on areating,fertilizing and overseeding several lawns tomorrow its been in the 50s 60s and even 70s here lately but its going to turn cold tonight just for a couple of days then back to upper 40s and 50s would you all do it now or wait till later. Have noticed chem-lawn doing apps. last week in my area.

Personally I would wait until the temps start to level out a bit more. Grass doesn't germinate very well in cold weather.

We're not very from from you over here in f'burg. I would wait at least another couple weeks. The soil temp isn't quite where it needs to be for fescue germination. You might get some rye but it sticks out like a sore thumb. Depends on customer need right now.
