Great work, solid colour choices. Nothing too fancy and the pattern works really well. Keep it up

looks beautiful. How did you learn to do that great work? How would you bid a job of that size? How long did it take to complete?

The CT 322 is the best purchase we've made...It's a beast...If we get into more commercial work...the 332 will be next on our list...You'll love you 332

Just make sure you keep your tracks clean and pick your operators carefully..
You'll be pushing piles with ease

I really like looks of the layout in the last pic. Did you do the design work? Nice, clean, tasteful work imo

That is an excellent, clean looking install. I'd gladly have it in my backyard. That hot tub would feel excellent about now, too! I am ready for Spring....or at least some warmer temps.! Good Work!!

Great looking work. Love the round planter in the back of the house with the walkway going around it, really breaks up the patio, walkway ver nicely

double B...For the hot tub base we put down green line then threw on 14" of Granular A. Compacted it in lifts with a diesel plate. Then topped it off with about 2" of concrete sand to level the tub. It sat there perfectly level. Just make sure your compacted base is as level as you can get. Another hot tub patio we did the customer wanted it on top of the pavers.

About the hottub base, are you saying you put the hottub right on sand then? What exactly is concrete sand? Does it harden?? I just can't imagine putting it on a loose granular base.

Do you do all your excavation with the 322? I'm sure that's a great machine!

Very Very nice work though, looks real clean.

confused about the hot tub base, same question flairland has, that tub isn't just sitting on the sand it is? and i dont know if its just a typo, but what is green line?? never heard that around here. another question, so for drainage you just sloped the patio on all sides of the tub (away from the house obviously)?

The granular base is not loose....compacted...the concrete sand is just used to make sure the tub is level (same proccess as laying pavers)...As for the greenline it's a woven geo textile. To seperate base from sub grade. We leveled the tub and then the patio around it drains away.
We use our CT 322 for just about everything. Backhoe for trees and trenching.
And we appreciate the compliments. Coming from other pros means alot.
