My dealer is having problems finding a good new place to order Kawasaki parts for my Ferris mowers. I don't think he's trying too hard. The original owner passed away, and this guy (the son in law) also works for the town all day. It may be time to find a new dealer who can get me my equiptment back faster, but thats another story. Right now I just need the proper recoil parts for an old Ferris 36 I just bought used. Thanks.:usflag:

On the 36 that needs the recoil, I do not know,it's older and the stickers were gone. I had given the dealer the engine sticker info, which was luckily there. I'd have to go get that again from storage if that works to plug in for info somewhere on this interweb. I'd love to order the parts myself if possible and be done. thanks.

like sawman said, Kawi only goes dealer direct and they have a very high fill rate and ship same day and have 2nd day service usually.

In Florida there is Lesco but I prefer to order from www.j-thomas.com and it gets here pretty fast but there are many others on the internet who I see are cheaper for the factory parts. Try a google search.

Alrighty, thanks for the linkage, looks promising for either me or him. It's winter so it's not urgent, but if it takes weeks in the winter for him to get stuff done(He's had a blower for 2 weeks too),I'll be screwed in the cutting season. Cheers.
