Floating or Fixed

I am forming a new company that will focus on residential accounts. As of today, I have approximately 10 accounts, 5 of which have somewhat rolling lawns. Should I buy a fixed-deck walk behind or floating? I am currently looking at a 48" Ransomes or Exmark walk-behind.

I buy floating decks you can change the height so quickly. i.e. You cut a lawn at 3&quot; and it's clumpy ('course this never happens with eXmarks) so you raise the deck 1/4&quot; and cross-cut.<p>Looks awesome and eliminates blowing on the lawn.
